Heinrich DW, Hanlon TE, Carpenter WT. Quality of Life scale: an instrument for rating the schizophrenic deficit scale. Schiz Bull. 1984; 10:388-398.
Designed as a measure of deficit symptoms, rather than a general index of quality of life. This scale features substantial correlations with indices of negative symptoms.
Simple scale which is easily administered, however limitations arise from its focus on deficit symptoms.
